ayaRemote Legal

Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of the ayaRemote software, websites and related services.

Effective date: August 13, 2026

1. Agreement and provider

These Terms form a product-use agreement between you and ESPO BİLİŞİM, the developer and operator of ayaRemote (“ayaRemote,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or using ayaRemote, you agree to these Terms. You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and, when acting for an organization, authorized to bind that organization.

2. The service

ayaRemote provides remote support, endpoint visibility, inventory and IT operations capabilities. Features may change as the service develops. Some features, limits and support levels depend on the plan shown at the time of purchase.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, safeguarding credentials, assigning appropriate permissions and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at info@ayaremote.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. License and acceptable use

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, ayaRemote grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal business purposes during the subscription term.

You may not use ayaRemote without authorization from the owner or lawful controller of a device; bypass security controls; distribute malware; interfere with the service; reverse engineer protected portions of the service except where law permits; resell the service without written authorization; or use it for unlawful, abusive or fraudulent activity.

5. Customer data, confidentiality and device authorization

You retain responsibility for data you submit to the service and for obtaining all permissions required to install agents, collect endpoint information and initiate remote sessions. You must provide legally required notices to employees, customers and other device users.

Each party must protect the other party’s non-public business and technical information using reasonable care and may use it only to perform or receive the service. This obligation does not cover information that is public through no breach, independently developed, lawfully received from another source or required to be disclosed by law.

6. Trial, billing and taxes

The 7-day trial and paid license limits are described on our Pricing page. Remote access is disabled during the trial and is available only while a Pro license is active. Paid licenses are licensed by PC and billed annually unless checkout states otherwise. Türkiye billing addresses are charged 20% VAT; eligible exports are invoiced without VAT under the applicable exemption.

Payments are securely processed by iyzico. Billing information is used to create the corresponding invoice through Paraşüt.

7. Renewals and cancellation

Paid access lasts for the annual license period shown at checkout. Renewal is completed through the account billing area before or after expiry; expiry restricts the panel to the renewal flow. Cancellation or non-renewal does not normally create a refund for the current paid period.

8. Availability and support

We work to keep ayaRemote available and secure, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance and events outside our reasonable control may affect availability. Technical support is not included during the trial unless expressly stated otherwise.

9. Intellectual property

ayaRemote and its licensors retain all rights in the service, software, branding and documentation. These Terms do not transfer ownership. Feedback may be used to improve the service without restriction or obligation.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful or harmful use, security risk or non-payment. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue. You may stop using the service and cancel future renewals at any time.

11. Compliance, export and sanctions

You must use the service in compliance with applicable laws, including privacy, employment, cybersecurity, export-control and sanctions requirements. You may not make ayaRemote available to prohibited persons or territories or use it to facilitate unlawful surveillance or unauthorized access.

12. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties that may legally be disclaimed. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss. For paid business subscriptions, our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the fees paid for the affected service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

The limitations do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, infringement, death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

13. Governing law and disputes

These product-use Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory rights granted by the law of your habitual residence. For business customers, the courts and enforcement offices of Bursa have jurisdiction. Consumers may apply to the legally competent consumer arbitration committee or consumer court and retain any mandatory forum rights.

14. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the service, law or business practices. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date and, where required, notified before taking effect. Questions and formal notices can be sent using the provider details below.
